Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our garments are made only to your customizations and measurements, which means it’s built for each individual customer. If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact us at 720-252-7054 .

If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact Customer Service at 720-252-7054 within 10 days of receiving your order.
My suit doesn't fit, what options do I have?
Every Garments will be delivered to your house by our clothier, at the last fitting if they don’t fit you, we are responsible to fix it for you or you can work with your own tailor we will reimburse the cost for alteration within our conditions.
I want to visit a showroom, but you don’t have any appointments within the next 10 days (or I can’t make it to a showroom within the next 10 days).
Don’t worry about it! We know you’re busy, and there are times we can be too.
We just ask that you book your appointment within 10 days of receiving your INDOCHINO garments; we realize your actual appointment may not be within that window.

I don’t live close to an INDOCHINO showroom. What options do I have?
If you don’t live close to an INDOCHINO showroom, you can visit a local tailor of your choice and submit your receipt for reimbursement (please see the reimbursement allowances table below).
To start the process, contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your garments. This will open a claim and you will be provided a deadline to submit your receipt. You can submit your receipt and tailors form here.
How much does Indochino reimburse for local alterations?
I Suits You Custom will reimburse up to $75 for alterations to all orders in the USA. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.

Please ensure your tailor is confident they can complete what’s necessary within the allotted amount before having the work done. If not, please do not proceed with the alterations and contact us so we can discuss an alternative.
